Course Description:
The normal rhythm life is something we all are used to having to go through. Generally, speaking we are able to have an effective coping system filled with hands full of coping skills that allow us to weather the storms (figuratively speaking). This course is a short course designed to help with those times where tragedy strikes spontaneously or even multiple times leaving us with sorrow upon sorrow. Perhaps we fail to pray or to thank God for this not happening in our lives. This is what the Apostle Paul was thankful not allowing his sorrow to build (Phil. 2.27).
Course Goal:
Is to prevent a person from experiencing sorrow upon sorrow by effectively grieving in healthy ways as tragedy comes.
Course Program:
There are six lessons with practical exercises to help each participant identify the sorrow upon them, the style of which they grieve, coming to terms with your grieving style, and following your path of grief. When you effectively sew you mind back together (figuratively speaking) through a healthy narrative, which eventually will give rise to a new and meaningful life.

- Grief Program IntroductionThis brief section is designed to introduce to the program purpose and its perceived objectives.2
- Grief Basics #1This section is designed to demonstrate the initial process of grief as seen through the lens of the Life of Job. We will identify a process of healthy grieving as soon as one becomes aware that it has taken place.2

- Grief Basics #4This section is designed to considered grief as it relates to time and patterns in its healing. In other words, identifying your time in healing.2
